Beams

I-beam formwork/moulds

The universal beam line to produce prestressed beams are completely modular and allow the manufacture of multi-section beams of different sizes according to the specific requests of the customer.

I-beam formwork/moulds

The beam lines consist of a frame made of structural metal profiles with holes in fixed positions corresponding to the different widths of the bottoms that can be positioned there, on which quick closing systems are inserted for attaching the side forms.

A hydraulic version is also available, where inside the frame there are hydraulic cylinders for opening and closing the sides against the base.

The base is built with high quality steel plate, 6 or 8mm thick and a bases can be provided for each size of the prestressed elements to be produced and side forms that abut against the bottom, or a “universal” base of greater width and sides positioned above the base itself according to the customer’s needs.

Depending on the elements to be produced, the sides can be modular in height and in length, to give the customer maximum flexibility with the minimum number of pieces. The sides for high elements are equipped with safety platforms and parapets. When the sides of the formwork are closed, there is perfect impermeability thanks to a series of gaskets along all the internal profiles.

STRESSING ABUTMENTS/HEADS
Group of steel structural elements for anchoring the strands which consists of two heads, one active and one passive. The active head is anchored to the ground, by means of reinforced support structures and composed of cylinders for the relaxation of the strands in safety. During the casting maturation phase, the tension of the strands is cushioned by steel collars, positioned, and removed with a manual or hydraulic system.
Fixed or passive head. The structure is the same as the mobile one without the aid of the relaxation cylinders.

SELF-REACTING STRUCTURE
The self-reacting structure can be external to the casting line or be incorporated in the lower part of the frame according to the customer’s needs.
Included in the self-reacting system are the mobile / fixed heads and the equipment for the relaxation of the strands (relaxation cylinders and collars).

These forms/moulds can be equipped with vibration systems, which compacts the concrete by removing the air, thus improving its resistance.

The presence of a curing pipes increases productivity by reducing the curing time of the concrete. This system consists of a series of finned tubes positioned inside the sides and under the base frame.

To keep the heat within the formwork the sides forms/ moulds, are insulating with sheets in plastic material or sandwich panels.

Essential equipment for a production line of prestressed elements are the hydraulic power units and strand stressing jacks to be able to perform the tensioning of each single strand, and the relaxation units to proceed with the de-tensioning of the strands with a single movement of the relaxation head of the prestressing line.

Formwork for T-beam

For this type, the universal casting lines are completely modular and allow the creation of customized multi-section beams according to the different customer requests.

The sides for extremely elements are equipped with safety platforms and parapets. When the sides of the formwork are closed, there is perfect seal thanks to a series of gaskets along all the internal profiles.

STRESSING (ABUTMENTS) HEADS
Group of steel structural elements for anchoring the strands which consists of two heads, one active and one passive. The active head is anchored to the ground, by means of reinforced support structures and composed of cylinders for the relaxation of the strands in safety. During the casting curing phase, the tension of the strands is absorbed by collars, positioned, and removed either manually or hydraulically.
Fixed or passive head. The structure is the same as the mobile one without the aid of the relaxation cylinders.

SELF-REACTING STRUCTURE
The self-reacting structure can be external to the casting track or be incorporated in the lower part of the frame according to the customer’s needs.
Included in the self-reacting system are always present the mobile / fixed heads and the equipment for the relaxation of the strands (relaxation cylinders and collars).

The presence of a curing plant increases productivity by reducing the curing time of the concrete. This system consists of a series of finned tubes positioned inside the sides and under the base frame.

To keep the heat inside the formwork on the sides, insulating sheets in plastic material or polyurethane panels can be mounted.

Essential devices for a production line of prestressed elements are the hydraulic power units and pulling lances to be able to perform the tensioning of each single cable, and the relaxation units to proceed with the de-tensioning of the strands with a single movement of the heads of the track.

Form/ Mould for Double Sloping Beam

Similar to other types of beam, even in this case, thanks to our universal line for the production of pre-stressed beams these can be produced using modular form/moulds, it is possible to produce beams with different sectional dimensions according to a client’s requirements.

Double Slope Beam Formwork

The tracks consist of a frame made of structural metal profiles with holes in fixed positions corresponding to the different widths of the bottoms that can be positioned there, on which quick closing systems are inserted for attaching the side rails.

A hydraulic version is also available, where inside the frame there are hydraulic cylinders for opening and closing the sides against the bottom.

The bottom is built with top quality counter-cast plate, 6 or 8mm thick and a bottom can be provided for each size of the prestressed elements to be produced and side rails that abut against the bottom, or a “universal” bottom of greater width and sides positioned above the bottom itself according to the customer’s needs.

Depending on the elements to be produced, the sides can be modular in height and in length, to give the customer maximum flexibility with the minimum number of pieces. The sides for high-height elements are equipped with safety platforms and parapets. When the sides of the formwork are closed, there is perfect impermeability thanks to a series of gaskets along all the internal profiles.

Mini T beam Lines

The lines to produce prestressed beams are completely modular and allow the creation of multi-section beams of different sizes according to the specific requests of the customer.

Mini T beam Lines

It is a generally a long line formwork, self-reacting or with stressing abutments/heads, with multiple channels, to produce prestressed joists with many small strands or wires.

These are fixed formworks in which the various operations of casting, removing, cleaning, oiling, pulling and cutting strands can be carried out using automatic machines that run on rails fixed to the ground or integral with the formwork itself.

The stressing of the strands usually takes place by means of automatic clamps and multiple stressing through double-acting extention / relaxation cylinders and hydraulic control unit with levers with double speed pumps.
