Form/mould for Columns and Plinths

Formworks for columns are extremely versatile and easy to use. The precast elements generally produced can vary in width, length, and position of the self/corbel. For this reason, the design of the formwork can be very different depending on the types of elements that the customer must produce.

MANUAL FORM/MOULD
The designed to produce columns of only one dimension in width, the opening of the hinged side panels is done manually.

The formwork can be equipped with corbel boxes on all four sides of the pillar, inside which the shapes of each corbel will be inserted. These compartments can be “excluded” by inserting a flat sheet. To obtain the desired lengths of the pillar, dividers are used fixed by means of mechanical and magnetic accessories to any point of the formwork.

COLUMN BATTERY FORM/MOULD
Designed to produce columns with different widths, in the case of a battery form with 2 pockets the central section is fixed while the side ones are removable or hinged.

With this formwork it is possible to produce columns with shelves on a maximum of 2 sides (3 in the case of batteries with 2 pockets). The opening system, which can be mechanical or operated by hydraulic cylinders, moves the sides and bottoms, thus facilitating the removal of the elements.

The bottoms can be replaced with others of different widths and adjusted in height, thus allowing the dimensions of the pillar to be varied.

The positioning of the separators allows to obtain pillars of different heights.

ADJUSTABLE FORM/MOULD FOR COLUMNS
This form/mould allows maximum flexibility in terms of dimensions of the product to be produced, position and dimensions of the shelves.

The installation of bottoms of different widths is foreseen, which can also be raised and lowered to obtain the complete variability of the section of the product.

The compartments to produce the shelves (which can be placed on all four sides of the product) can be positioned in different positions of the formwork.

The adjustment of the base, as well as the opening of the sides are completely hydraulically operated.

These forms/moulds can be equipped with a vibration system, which compacts the concrete by removing the air, thus improving its resistance.

Designed to produce columns with different widths , with this formwork it is possible to produce columns with corbels on maximum 2 sides (3 in the case of batteries with 2 pockets).
